Shipping cost

Express shipping is free for orders over €30. For orders under €30 shipping costs amount to €10. Shipping costs are always indicated in the order summary, before payment confirmation.

We recommend that you always check the information relating to shipping times on the product sheet.

You can return a product purchased on Gioielleria Maiocchi within 30 calendar days from the delivery date of the products themselves.

Items must be returned intact, in the same condition in which they were received, with labels and their original packaging included. Returns that do not meet these requirements cannot be accepted. Please always refer to the contractual conditions that you can consult on the page Terms&Conditions of the site.

Already activated smart watches, personalized products, made-to-order products, vintage or fine jewelry products cannot be returned, with the exception of items with obvious damage or imperfections. For further information see the page Terms&Conditions.

Once your return has been received, verified and accepted, you will receive the refund due via the payment method chosen at the time of purchase. Returns are always free.
